2. In-Home Listing Appointment (1 HR)

We’ll meet at your home or the property address that you’d like to sell. I’ll come with a custom Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) that breaks down your home’s current value, market trends, and selling potential so you can make informed decisions. We’ll also review terms of  listing agreement and discuss marketing strategy details, outline your ideal timeline, and talk through pre-listing recommendations for your property to sell for maximum value.

3. Prep Plan + Timeline

We’ll create a personalized prep plan to get your home show-ready. This may include staging, repairs, cleaning, and curb appeal upgrades. Don’t worry—I’ll guide you through every step and can coordinate vendors if needed.

4. Finalize Pricing + Strategy

Together, we’ll craft a smart pricing strategy based on recent comps, your goals, and current demand. This includes a plan to generate maximum buzz from day one.

5. Listing Launch

Professional photography, video, floor plans, and targeted marketing go live across all major platforms. Your home will be featured through email blasts, social media, and local outreach to get the right buyers through the door fast.

6. Showings + Offers

I’ll handle all showings, feedback, and buyer questions. When offers roll in, I’ll present and explain each one, negotiating fiercely on your behalf to get the best terms and price.

7. Under Contract to Close

Once under contract, I coordinate everything: inspections, appraisal, title, paperwork- you name it. I keep you updated the whole way so you’re never left guessing and each deadline is met.

8. Closing Day
