2. Pre-Approval + Strategy

If you haven’t already, I’ll connect you with a trusted local lender to get pre-approved. We’ll then review your buying power, walk through current market trends, and outline your ideal location, budget, wishlist and terms of buyer’s agreement. You'll walk away with a clear strategy and next steps.

3. Home Search + Tours

Let the fun begin! You’ll get set up with a personalized home search portal, and I’ll send you curated listings and off-market opportunities that align with your needs. When something catches your eye, we’ll schedule private showings and walk through each home with intention and insight.

4. Writing the Winning Offer

Once we find the one, I’ll help you craft a strong, strategic offer that balances your goals with what the market demands. I’ll walk you through every term and make sure you feel confident before submitting.

5. Offer Accepted - Now What?

When your offer is accepted, I’ll handle all the details from contract to close. That includes inspections, appraisal coordination, title work, and communicating with your lender. You’ll always know what’s happening and what’s next.

6. Final Walkthrough + Closing Prep

Before closing, we’ll do a final walkthrough to make sure everything is in great shape. I’ll confirm all loose ends are tied up, documents are ready, and your questions are answered.

7. Closing Day

Time to get the keys! You’ll sign the final documents and officially become a homeowner. I’ll be there to celebrate, troubleshoot anything that comes up, and make sure you feel supported even after the closing table.
